SKIING AND MORE IN SÖLDEN
Skiing and much more - with three ski mountains above 3.000m sea level, two glacier ski areas and 146 kilometres of slopes, belongs Sölden to one of the snow safest places in Austria.
Skiing at over 3000 m altitude
From November to May is ski season going on. Get inspired by the large range of slopes, whether in the ski area of Sölden with its two glaciers or in Obergurgl - Hochgurgl. Of course, there are also ideal conditions for snowboarders and free riders. Every year at the end of October, the Alpine Ski World Cup kick-off takes place in Sölden, an event that you should not miss. We also do recommend you a stop in one of the quaint huts after skiing.
Cross-country skiing and snowshoeing
If you prefer to take it slow then for example you can test our cross-country ski trails. Or do you prefer a toboggan ride on the newly created toboggan run? The natural beauties of our region can be contemplatively discovered on one of the freshly prepared winter hiking trails. Winter in Sölden, that's skiing and much more!
